CURRENTLY ONLY ACCEPTING NASHVILLE APPOINTMENTS

 

• A $25 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is REQUIRED when booking please pay directly online.

• $AlyciaCaruthers CashApp or Zelle ( Alycia E Caruthers , acaruthers14@gmail.com) for the remaining balance.

• MUST book within 24hrs in advance - For SAME DAY appointments please contact me via text or DM. 

• If you will be running late PLEASE NOTIFY ME. There will be a $10 late fee on anything over 15mins

• After 20mins your appointment will be CANCELED and will be charged half of your service In order to rebook with me.

• NO CELLPHONES DURING APPOINTMENTS !! 

• No extra people (kids, friends, etc)!!!

• Please come with Clean Lashes (Mascara Free) !!

• If you are requesting a SUNDAY APPOINTMENT please text/dm. An additional $20 will be added to Service.

• Travel Service - TEXT/DM for more Details before booking. Travel fee $30 for any service. (Price May Vary Depending on Location

• 1 on 1 Lash Courses- Availability are mainly held on Sunday and Monday.. (other days can be accommodated)
